When a delivery arrives complete and matches the order exactly, Receive All saves you typing a quantity on every line.
Before you start
The purchase order must be Confirmed.
Check the delivery against the order first. Receive All assumes everything arrived. If it did
not, use Receive part of an order instead.
Receive the whole order
In the top menu, click Purchases.
Click your order number, then click the Receiving tab.
Click New receipt.
In the top right, click Receive All.
Receive All means all of it arrived
Receive All means "all of it arrived". It fills in the full outstanding quantity for every line on the order. If one line was short-shipped and you click Receive All, your stock count will say you have items you do not have.
Count the delivery before you click it.
Items with lot, serial or expiry tracking still need their details. Receive All can fill in the quantities, but it cannot know your lot numbers or serial numbers — those only exist on the physical delivery. For those items, receive them the normal way:
Receive items with serial numbers
How to know it worked
On the Receiving tab you will see:
a new receipt covering every line
a progress bar reading 100%
the order status changed to Fulfilled
