The calendar shows your purchase orders on the days they are due to arrive, so you can see what is landing this week without opening anything.
Open it
In the top menu, click Purchases.
Click Calendar.
Which day an order sits on
An order sits on its expected date — the day you asked the supplier for.
Once it is Fulfilled it moves to the fulfilled date: the day the order actually closed. The screen says as much at the top.
That is the useful part. While an order is open the calendar shows your plan; once it is closed it shows reality. An order that jumped two weeks to the right tells you something about that supplier you would otherwise have to go looking for.
Move an order to a different day
Drag it to the new day and its expected date changes. Useful when a supplier calls to say a delivery has slipped.
You can drag while the order is Saved, Confirmed or In process. Once Fulfilled it locks — the fulfilled date records what happened and is not editable.
Change the view
Switch between Month, Week, Day and Year with the view button. Use Previous, Today and Next to move around.
Show only what you care about
The Order status chips filter the calendar — Saved, In process, Confirmed, Fulfilled, Cancelled. Turning off Fulfilled leaves only what is still coming.
Filters narrows it further, and Save view keeps a set-up you use often.
