The calendar shows your orders on the days they are due to go out, so you can see the week ahead without opening anything.
Open it
In the top menu, click Sales.
Click Calendar.
Which day an order sits on
An order sits on its ship-by date — the day you promised it.
Once the order is Fulfilled it moves to the fulfilled date instead: the day it actually went. So the calendar shows what you planned while the order is open, and what happened once it is closed.
That difference is worth looking at. An order that jumped several days to the right went out late, and the calendar shows you that without anyone running a report.
Move an order to a different day
Drag it. Pick up the order and drop it on the new day, and its ship-by date changes.
You can drag an order while it is Confirmed or In process. Once it is Fulfilled it locks in place — the fulfilled date is a record of what happened, so it is not editable.
Change the view
Click the view button in the top right to switch between Month, Week, Day and Year.
Week is the useful one for planning the days immediately ahead. Year is for spotting seasonal patterns.
Use Previous, Today and Next to move around.
Show only what you care about
The Order status chips along the top filter the calendar — Saved, In Process, Confirmed, Fulfilled, Cancelled. Turn off Fulfilled and you are left with only what still needs doing.
Filters narrows it further, and Save view keeps a set-up you use often. See Save a view you use often.
