The Purchases list shows every order. When there are more than a screenful, use search, filters and columns to get to the one you want.
Search
Type in the search box at the top. It matches on order number, vendor, SKU or tag — so you can find an order by something that is on it, not just by its number.
Filter the list
In the top menu, click Purchases.
Click the Filters icon in the toolbar.
Click Add filter and choose what to filter by — status, vendor, warehouse, dates and more.
Set the value.
Each filter you add appears as a chip along the top. Remove one by clicking its ×, or clear the lot with Clear all.
Filters stack: vendor and status and date range all apply together.
Choose your columns
Click the Edit columns icon, then Manage columns… to turn columns on and off.
The list can show: Order #, Vendor, Status, Progress, Order Total, Created, Confirmed, Ref Order #, Expected, Fulfilled, Warehouse and Tags.
Progress is the useful one most people never turn on — it shows how much of each order has arrived without opening it.
Sort
Click the Sort icon and choose a column and direction.
Move between pages faster
The list has keyboard shortcuts: press J for the previous page and K for the next one.
Check which warehouse you are in
The list is scoped to one warehouse. The warehouse name sits at the top of the page. If an order you are sure exists is missing, check you are looking at the right warehouse before anything else.
