The reorder report lists everything that has fallen below its minimum, and tells you how much to buy.
Open the report
In the top menu, click Purchases.
Click Reorder Report.
What the columns mean
Column | Means |
Available | what you can sell right now |
Expected | what is already on its way from a vendor |
Min / Max | the reorder points you set for this item |
Order qty | how much to buy to get back to your maximum |
Vendor | who to buy it from, and their price |
Only items that need attention appear
An item shows up when it is below its minimum and there is not already enough on order to cover it. Everything healthy stays off the list.
That means an empty report is good news — nothing needs ordering.
The suggested quantity is editable
The Order qty is a suggestion, not a rule. Click it and type a different number if you know something the system does not — a promotion coming up, or a supplier minimum order.
Filters
The report is scoped to one warehouse at a time — check the Warehouse filter at the top matches the one you are buying for. You can also filter by Vendor to work through one supplier at a time, which is usually how you actually place orders.
