Inventory recall for batches or lots

If you need to recall a batch of stock, you can quickly find the relevant information by going to Reports > New Reports > Batch / Expiry Report.

Search by Product, SKU, or the Batch # to find the desired batch.

The search defaults to find only available batches, if you need to search by batches that are fully depleted, change the Tracking Field Status to Unavailable.

All the batch numbers and expiry dates will be hyperlinked. Clicking on the hyperlink will show you which sales orders, purchase orders, stock adjustments, stock transfers, shipments, or returns this tracking field is linked to.

The reference in the popup below refers to where the transaction happened. For example, PO0077-RV0072 means the LOT # was added on a Purchase Order # PO0077 and on the receipt # RV0072.
