Tracking can only be enabled for a new product. If you want to enable tracking for a product that was already created, please contact our support team for an update.
If your tracking fields are not already created, create tracking fields first.
Assigning Tracking Fields to Products
To add product tracking to a specific product, when creating a new product, under the Tracking section select the tracking fields you want to be added to the product and enable Shipping and Receiving if you need to track it throughout the whole life cycle.
