Import products in bulk via the following steps:

Download the CSV template by going to Import > New Import > Select SKU in the drop down and download the Sku.csv template

Fill in the template with the product information. The required fields are Product Name, Variant Name and MAC. Don't edit or remove any columns, headers or edit the format (General) of the cells.

Save the file as Comma Separated Values file type.

Upload the file by following similar steps mentioned above and select the upload file by browsing for the file and clicking Import.

If you are having an issue importing products, email the file to support@brahmin-solutions.com with your username and account id. We will upload the products to your account and let you know when the process is done. We might need 1-2 business days depending on our availability.

Note: Limit each file to no more than 5,000 products. If you have more than 5K products, split up the import file.
