Create Sales Return

Updated over a week ago

Create sales returns (RMA) in Brahmin Solutions to receive stock back into inventory and process refund to customer. There are two ways to create a RMA.

Creating RMA from a Sales Order: RMAs can be created through Sales Orders (the sales order has to be fulfilled).

To begin, go to Sales > View Sales > toggle to All > search for SO and open the order. Click on Action button at the top right corner and click on Create Return, the system will pre-populate details for Customer, Type, Qty, UOM, Unit Price and etc.
