You can manage your Price Lists in three ways depending on the amount of information you need to update.

To update a single variant, you can use the Variant view by going to "Inventory > View Variants." You can search and find the variant you are trying to update and update the price list under the UOM section.

To modify the price of a single variant or a group of associated variants, navigate to the Price List Screen via "Inventory > Item Price Lists."
Here, you can locate the desired products, variants, or SKUs by using the search and filter functions. After adjusting the prices as needed, ensure you click the 'save' button to finalize and apply your changes.
Any changes made before saving are highlighted.
Price list import [Import]
To update multiple variants in bulk, you can do it in one of two ways.
1. To export and reimport pricelists, you need to follow these steps:
Go to the pricelist screen and filter or export all items.
Update the pricing for specific SKUs.
Reimport the updated pricelist by navigating to Import/Exports > New Import > Update Existing > Item Price Lists and uploading the file.
2. You can also create a custom import file in CSV format. The necessary columns are SKU, UOM, and any one price list.
The column name for the pricelist has to match the Price List name from the system.
