Sales Velocity measures the rate at which a variant is selling,  its measured at fixed time intervals up to 90 days. 

To view sales velocity of a product, go to "View SKU" under inventory. 

Toggle over to "Variants" and search for product. 

Once the product is opened toggle over to "Sales Velocity" tab.

Sales velocity is only calculated for transactions based on sales, this does not include inventory adjustments or transfers.
